Positives:
The staff is very helpful polite and professional, especially Crystal at the front desk is a sweetheart. I have been a repeat customer since being evacuated from the Eaton Canyon wildfires and everyone is very pleasant.
Negatives:
I love that its a pet friendly motel but they should clean up the dog area which is also a smoking area. I know it's not all the fault of the staff because the residents don't pickup after their dogs or themselves and leave cigarette butts everywhere but that area should be better kept in my opinion.
