Positives:
I loved waking up to the roaring river! Then warming by the fire. Once we returned from hiking, the spa tub was the very best. The room even had an efficient kitchen! Love this place! The indoor pool was perfect for the kids. There was a good restaurant and lounge. And a family game room. The store was impressive too! I loved the small details like the arbors along the walk way.

Positives:
Excellent location close to park entrance. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river. Large spacious room with a well stocked kitchenette was clean and fit our needs. Good sized convenience store on site carried the basics and snacks.
Pizza restaurant was just ok. I had a grilled chicken Caesar salad and it was subpar. But we definitely do not come to the National Parks for the food. I would recommend stocking up on groceries in town before you get to the hotel.
Negatives:
The bathroom could use an update . The old jacuzzi tub/double shower unit was kinda funky.

Positives:
The room was spacious with little kitchen which was very helpfull to have quick breakfast before hitting the trails. Relaxed at the hot Swimming pool and Jucuzzi after the long hike was soo relaxing.

Positives:
Had a lot of amenities for the whole family. Game room, fire pit area, playground, indoor and outdoor pools, and jacuzzi. Spacious rooms. Dog friendly.
Negatives:
TV in living room area didn't work. Very inconvenient since we couldn't sit together and watch a family movie. No dishwasher. We spent Thanksgiving here and stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment that came with a full kitchen but no dishwasher. There were a lot of dishes to wash by hand. I didn't want to leave it for the staff to deal with. It would have been nice to have a dishwasher with that many dishes.

Positives:
Went with a group of family members. I liked that it had a small market in the lobby and an indoor pool since we went during the cold season. My kids loved the game room and they made s'mores at the fire pit. My husband used the bbq that was conveniently near a playground where the kids played while he grilled. The kids also LOVED the outdoor jacuzzi which they used even though it was freezing outside. I liked that it wasn't just a place to stay. It kept the kids entertained and allowed the parents to gather even though we were all staying in separate rooms.
Negatives:
The store was a bit pricey but convenient. But plan accordingly and stop at a grocery store to get specialty items because they may not have them like Lactose-free milk. Not all the games worked properly(but the kids didn't seem to mind).
