It’s a good hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. 10m drive from the airport. Uber costs around 30USD.
It’s a bit overpriced but that’s standard in LA.
The receptionist tried to charge us again even though we paid through booking.com. She claimed the payment didn’t go through. Another person stepped in to help. So need to be careful.

The hotel had a lot of positives, but also a few challenges. The staff were friendly and did their best, but it was clear the hotel was understaffed. There was only one person at the front desk, trying to check in guests while also handling phone calls. I had to wait on the line for a couple of minutes each time I called. On the plus side, the location was excellent—very convenient, close to the airport, and with easy access to West LA and the southern parts of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and another great feature is that the hotel is pet-friendly, and there’s no extra charge for bringing your pets. That was a big bonus for me!
Negatives:
What I didn’t like about the hotel was the additional charges. The parking fee was $34 per night, which felt quite overpriced. On top of that, breakfast wasn’t included in the booking and seemed to require an extra charge. When you factor in both the parking and breakfast costs, the overall price of the stay becomes quite high compared to other hotels in the same category that offer these amenities at a lower or no extra cost. It made the total booking feel a bit overpriced.
