Positives: There were no signs in the restroom to save your towels that housekeeping only comes only every THIRD day! Also no one mentioned it at check in! The 2nd day we called for service and we're still not told they won't be coming. No new coffee bad for Hilton!
Negatives: It was a beautiful room great beds if only someone had told us but I think every three days is not enough! Surly we don't ask or expect the linens to be changed but coffee & cups, trash would be nice and a heads up to keep your towels hung up a day or 2!

Negatives: Unfriendly staff at reception Rooms not cleaned. Trash bags of other guests were left in the corridors for over 24 hours. When asked to clean the room, we were told we have to be specific. We asked for trash bins to be cleaned and the complementary coffee/tea tray to be cleaned. It didn't happen only tea bags left at the mirror. When asking staff at reception, they were unfriendly and unhelpful.

Positives: Staffing was nice and the hotel was in a good location with an onsite restaurant.
Negatives: Starting with the staff-upon entering I like how I was greeted and welcomed by the employees at the front desk. They were professional and friendly. Parking-didnt like how you have to pay for parking if you are already booked with the hotel. Parking should be free whenever youre already paying to stay onsite unless youre using the parking for other reasons such as leaving your car onsite and you leave and go on a cruise. Restaurant-a decent amount of options on the menu but nothing fulfilling. I ordered the shrimp tacos and when the food was brought out it was cold. Ordered an adult beverage with a shot on the side and the drink was watered down and the shot was not even a real shot more so a swallow of tequila. Hotel Room-floor was not cleaned, trash and hair was on the floor. Crumbs were also found on the floor. Coffee machine was missing only the stand was available had to call front desk and they brought a new to the room. Room didnt even come with a microwave (as many rooms that were onsite each room should come with a microwave rather than having one downstairs for everyone in the hotel to use-germs piling up daily). Bathroom didnt have a trash can had to call and request one for the bathroom and the one they had in the room didnt have a trash bag and when I picked it up it was dirty inside and sticky. Sheets were very thin and had stains.
