Enjoyable stay after a long flight

Great breakfast. Shuttle service was great, driver was very accommodating. Very close to LAX. Nice pool and fire pit. Overall very nice ammenities.
Negatives:
The air conditioning in the room is very old and did not work well. Recepcionist has to help get it started. They should change to a newer smaller more modern air conditioning system

The staff was incredible!!! Gabriel and Kiana was able to get my pregnant fiancée and I a room sooner. Got a room with a good view and explained everything perfect. If I’m ever back in La, I will be staying there!!!

Great as always. Always Excellent staff - friendly and welcoming and the pool is a nice welcome addition to a stay. Good selection of television channels and lots of square footage. The rooms are absolutely huge

Too much walking for handicapped people - the hotel is a vast maze of corridors with almost infinite rooms. One sometimes has to walk 1 kilometer roundtrip just for a cigarette or beer. The Breakfast could be better, but was decent. There were lots of cereals and oatmeal, but daily same scrambled eggs/ sausage

Breakfast was good, bed comfortable and the suttle back to the airport was fast.
Negatives:
Getting picked up from the airport took over 30 mins then they several times before going to the hotel. Check in was slow then we were put a room far away from the lobby. Not a problem for me but my wife has mobily and vision issues and putting someone who obviously has a handicap on the other side of the hotel was not appreciated. It took more than an hour from the airport bus pickup area until we got in our room.
