We where very disappointed to the fact that you have to request ahead of time to have the room done otherwise they dont They only give clean towels I hate that , even hotels of less value give you a better service

Lobby was spacious and looked nice, breakfast was good, shower was excellent (but at the same hotel a week ago, pressure was weak). Good location near the airport. Room was clean and great view of the p,Abes taking off at the airport!
Negatives:
$30 to park every day is a lot for a Hampton inn where a lot of them have free parking, beds are uncomfortable (hard) and pillows not fluffy. Please please upgrade the toilet paper, it was like sand paper and way too thin. Some of the younger front desk staff were not happy to be there and a bit aloof. They should also have a shuttle to the airport. Uber cost almost $50 at night for a two mile ride to the hotel!

I like the breakfast and staff professionalism. I like the quiet rooms.
Negatives:
Rooms need a deep cleaning. The carpet was disgusting!!!! It needs to be cleaned, or better yet, replaced. We noticed our socks got black walking on it. Then we spilled a small amount and wiped with a wash cloth. It came back black!!!
