Our stay was nice, but...
Positives:
The room was great, lots of space for two people to unpack and put toiletries in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and we weren't bothered by any noise. Plus, the lobby was a nice place to kill some time before our flight.
Negatives:
The wifi was nonexistent. We stayed here twice and were only able to use the free shuttle service once -- we were unable to make calls with our eSIM from the airport to organise pickup and other times we were leaving/arriving while the shuttle service was not running.

Convenient location for the airport. Comfy beds, clean room.
Negatives:
The airport transfer let this hotel down! We waited for nearly an hour after following the instructions to call the airport transfer team. This was after a long haul flight from London. We called multiple times to check on the transfer. When leaving the hotel to go back to the airport the next morning, we booked to catch the 6am shuttle (the first of the day). The shuttle was outside with the engine running at 5:45 so we went outside to get on. The driver told us the shuttle didn't go until 6am and we would have to wait. The shuttle driver then sat in the shuttle with the engine running for 10 minutes before he let another passenger on and then us.
