The staff is friendly and professional. The location is ideal. Very close to the airport. The hotel was well furnished and the parking was ample. The breakfast was filled with a variety of options.
Negatives:
The furnishings appear dated and worn. We witnessed water wear and tear in the bathroom wallpaper. The carpets throughout the hotel carried a smell.

I sent them about 3 or 4 messages prior my stay to ask about the shuttle service that they advertise to be included. They never answered to any of my emails and so I had to take a taxi. Also when getting there staff was not welcoming at all and when doing check out either. They did not even say hi.

The room was no smoking but the bathroom stunk like an ash tray. The front desk didnt tell us there would be a charge PER PERSON for shuttles prior to 6 am. When we got to our terminal the shuttle driver asked us$30. Other issues as well.

Hotel carpeting is filthy & a trip hazard in places. Blue fabric chairs in breakfast lounge are soiled, stained, dirty & disgusting. Breakfast was mediocre - scrambled eggs are "instant just add water" & taste TERRIBLE; oatmeal is watery, chopped potatoes are always dry & cold. The breakfast rolls, muffins, fruit & coffees were fine but could not be considered a complete breakfast given the other issues. Really poor!
