Positives:
Easy to access, lots of parking, the rooms face outwards so we were able to unpack and pack the car quickly ans easily.
Negatives:
It was outdated, when we walked in it smelt like "old people" as my 5 year old said. The first morning I was woken up by banging and smashing of I think was a garbage truck, then the second night I wasn't able to sleep due to loud sounds which sounded like metal banging together. There were also about 6 cop/state troupers out side the hotel. It seemed like no one had used that room in a while and they just opened the window before we got there. There were also a few spiders in different rooms.

I like the location, the space of the room. I like that fact that we can't hear our neighbors, we barely even see other guests. I always get the suites that look towards the outside and I love it.

Positives:
Breakfast, as always, was very filling and tasty. The staff is responsive, so they could and did work very quickly. The room is large and comfortable.
Negatives:
We have been to other Hyatt hotels and they had USB chargers built into the lamps. We didn't have them in our room. Also, instead of a microwave there was a convection oven, which did not allow food to be quickly heated
