Breakfast could be better
Positives:
Breakfast, as always, was very filling and tasty. The staff is responsive, so they could and did work very quickly. The room is large and comfortable.
Negatives:
We have been to other Hyatt hotels and they had USB chargers built into the lamps. We didn't have them in our room. Also, instead of a microwave there was a convection oven, which did not allow food to be quickly heated

Bed was very comfortable, I slept like a baby. Staff was so kind and welcoming. Indoor pool is fabulous.

The property was not at all to our expectations. There is no room service, no lighting, carpets are old and dirty and even ripped. The hygiene was bad.

Easy to get to from LAX. There was a warm welcome when we arrived and the folks at reception and all the staff were exceptional our entire stay. Breakfast was included and very tasty / lots of choice.
