It wasn’t the property. It was the shuttle service. Came in to lAX after 20 some odd hours of travel. I was tired and it took the shuttle 45 min to get to me. I don’t understand this. It was after 10 pm
I was struggling to stay standing getting calls from the driver I couldn’t understand in vm given all the noise around me. I watched every other hotel van. Come through twice and I was still waiting
I was ready to be picked up by 9:30. Didn’t get to the hotel until 10:45!! That gave me fewer than 8 hours to wash and sleep and be back at the airport
It was unacceptable! And disturbing as a line female traveler exhausted!!

Spotless clean, credit to the cleaning staff there. Room was nice and spacious and the morning coffee at breakfast was superb.
Negatives:
Breakfast was pretty boring overall, it could do with a better selection. I also paid 56 dollars for a bottle of wine which caught me off guard after a long flight. A clear wine menu would be much appreciate.
