Between Monday, Apr 29th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 1, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Negatives: Easily over an hour and 15 minutes by metro to anywhere. My wife couldn't adjust the shower head because it's too high, she's 5'4.

Negatives: One of the reasons we chose to stay there was the shuttle service. However, because we arrived slightly after 11pm, and had to leave a little before 6am, we were not able to take advantage of that, and paid for transportation. If they extended their shuttle hours by 1 hour on each end, it would have been perfect.
