Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

The location is good and not far away from the airport. The room is spacious. The airport shuttle was promptly provided right after I called.

I faced an incident on my package caused by the hotel mishandling.
A friend of mine in the US sent a package to this hotel. The package was delivered to the hotel two days before my check-in. However, due to a mistake by a hotel's agent at the reception, the package was not received and was returned to the sender. I made the reservation more than a month in advance, and at that time I requested that the package be received, and the hotel agreed to receive and properly store the package until the time of my check-in. I received that answer from the hotel in writing. And I informed the shipping details to the hotel as soon as the packaged was shipped.
I strongly requested that the hotel take responsibility and handle the situation, including the compensation of reshipping and the loss of my time. I have not received a reasonable response from the hotel management yet. It’s been almost two weeks since the incident and I still have not received my package.
