I liked the hotel my previous stay because they gave me a top floor with a balcony. This time, they gave me one of the few rooms with no balcony. Huge disappointment.

Yes, that they gave me a room without a balcony. When I asked to change they said they could not due to capacity. I understand, but it's not as good of an experience without the balcony to get fresh air.My window only opened 6 inches and had a bent screen
