Positives:
Convenient to the other activities we had planned in the area. Breakfast was nice and the staff well attended to the needs of the clients.
Negatives:
The beds were uncomfortable and the water level for the shower was a dribble - hard to get the soap off your hair with hardly any water coming out of the faucet!! Also, who decided that putting the toilet paper dispenser behind the natural reach of a person is ok???

They were short staffed and would not bring anything to the room. Had to go to lobby to pick up.
No crib for baby.
Broken AC. Wouldn’t bring portable heater. Noisy rooms with no sound insulation from outside traffic.

Terrible experience would never stay...
Positives:
The beds were super comfortable. The kitchenette was great. The morning breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.
Negatives:
The location was too close to the freeway. The pool wasn't relaxing because of the highway noise pollution. The view outside the windows was less than desirable. I paid for a step in shower but got a tub, which I specifically didn't want. The shower had a short shower curtain that got water everywhere instead of a glass shower door. The toilet paper holder was an absolute modern nightmare. Every time you try to pull paper off the tp roll, it would catapult the paper across the bathroom floor. This caused us to use more than double the tp we would have normally used. Seems like a small thing but that added cost will add up against your profits over time.

3 Day Stay for Medical...
Positives:
Beautiful, modern property right off Highway 99, in a quiet neighborhood, but close to eating and shopping opportunities. The highway noise wasn’t noticeable as the rooms are well insulated. Also very clean and well appointed. As an older traveler unused to some of the technology in today’s facilities I was a bit confused why my room lights didn’t work until the staff informed me I needed to put one of my room cards in a slot to turn power on. Felt it would have been helpful to learn this at checkin. Otherwise a pleasant experience.
