Bed was comfortable, quite room and blackout shades. Best sleep in Years
Negatives:
Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee was ok, Yogert was empty and fresh fruit was frozen. Not sure if my stomach handled it well.

Need to inform the guest about parking pass, I got 2 passes but only used 1, once I brought this up to the front desk, he stated you need to return it the same day, so I was charged for 2, that need s to be told to the guess once its giving.

Surly check in staff…who told me they had never received the two emails I had sent changing our arrangements. They were send in reply to the hotel confirmation through booking. com
After 11 hours on a train I asked where is the bar to be told there isn’t one but vending for beers.
I later discovered I could get a bottle of wine when a different member of staff was on reception.
Negatives:
Never in my life anywhere in the world have I been left at breakfast surrounded by upturned chairs.An operative spraying pungent cleaning fluid on the tables at exactly 9am….the cut off time for breakfast. Utterly soulless and unsmiling. Utterly ruined what had been a passable breakfast except for the absence of any welcoming human beings.

Breakfast was par for the course—not great with too much sugar and carbs everywhere and junky cereal. Even the yogurt seemed to have sweetener.
Room was BiG and CLEAN and QUIET!!! Temperature perfect!!

I HATED THE FACT THAT I COULD NOT SEE OR GET A RECEIPT AT THE DESK WHEN WE LEFT, SO I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT OUR FINAL BILL WAS. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!! I DONT CARE WHAT THE REASON IS, THE FACT IS I AM TOTALLY PISSED OFF ABOUT THIS AND WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN NOR STAY AT THAT HOTEL EVER AGAIN. I DESERVE A RECEIPT!!!
