Between Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 at midnight and Friday, May 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, May 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Negatives: The front desk clerk at check in on the night of December 22nd was deplorable . VERY hostile to the point that we felt she intentionally hit us multiple times with the automated door from her desk. No hospitality, RUDE ! as was the early morning clerk.

Negatives: Location was not good near noisy Amtrak train that beeps it's horn thru out night Do not upgrade no need the view is rubbish Nearest station is Bart which is very violent looking you walk right out to street to mass of homeless and rubbish not a welcoming sight to San Francisco sadly BE WARNED THEY TOOK HUGE $600 DOLLAR DEPOSIT AND TOOK 5 DAYS TO BE RETURNED!!!!!!!!!
