Positives: Spotless. Great size room which looked brand new. Early breakfast and let us take ours to go as we had a train to catch. Great location off the Amtrak. Surrounding area looked really nice.

Negatives: The old walkway from the station at night is not for the faint hearted. The newer one is better so get the lift in the station itself.
