Positives:
Plenty of space for breakfast and the breakfast was good for a pre prepared breakfast. The staff was quick to fix any issues we might have had. The rooms being suites, had a lot of room.
Negatives:
The carts were not the greatest because they had inflatable tires which needed air or it was hard to track down one. It was difficult tracking down desk personnel after normal business hrs. The room didn't have a pot to, at least boil water for spagetti.

Negatives:
There was a cockroach in my bed and when I went to tell the lady on shift she offered to move me into another room and unfortunately if there is one there is more. It was our last night there and we had five people to have to move everything and everyone when leaving in four hours would have been a challenge. Was told someone would call us been three days and not a call, email nothing!

What I liked about staying at staybridge suites in Fairfield was the hotels be comfort friendly indoor pool free breakfast was a pleasure experience with my family. I will definitely stay again
Negatives:
What I didn't like was when I asked for my discount from my IHG rewards was they were not able to apply them. They said it had to have been done at the time of scheduling the the day's booked. I would prefer that when I checked in they would have been used but the receptionist said you have to do it when you're making the reservation over the phone. So how do I know I would have done that?
