Clean and quiet area. I liked that parking for the room has own parking spot outside of the door and window.

Bed frame was a metal box and made noise when sat and laid on when you moved.

A bit of noise from the nearby road and the plumbing is bad - either freezing or scalding shower depending on the time of day and luck.

There was a loud ringing noise in the am and not enough blankets in the bed it was a thin sheet and comfortable had to give my kids my clothes to keep them warm that was disappointing and gave them my comforter

The property location was very good. Just not what we expected from a Rodeway property.

Our initial room was not good. Beds were awful. We did get moved the next day, but second room wasn’t much better. It was tolerable, but they need to make a lot of improvements.
