Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. It was poorly managed No one at the desk for check in. Waited for several minutes.

The room was filthy. Gum stuck to nightstand , floors stained, furniture battered and overall in very poor condition. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Upon seeing the room i decided not to stay at the hotel. I did not feel safe and called to cancel.

Hotel room not as picture. Cabinets all damage cleanliness so so. They have lots of homeless persons roaming around parking lot. Brakefast is not brakefast at all just coffee and muffins. No where to sit is a grab and go

The furnishings in my room were old, weather and unsightly. I recall not wanting to sit on the black desk chair as it was filthy and stained. The furnishings need to be replaced or updated with fresh paint, deep cleaning, etc.

This extended stay location was more like a place for people in a transitional state of living than someone on vacation. The clerk actually told me there were 3 tiers of extended stay and this location was the lowest level! He actually said “well this isn’t a Marriott!”
Negatives:
True advertising of the location! This place isn’t for anyone just trying to vacation. I would have never left my luggage alone in my room. Everything about that place put me on alert. I tried to at least stay one night . As I walked to my room all I could smell was bug spray, my room was adjacent to the trash room, the key card didn’t work and one of the residents who looked suspect was just roaming the halls! I decided to just stay elsewhere because it was like no other hotel I ever been in before and one that I didn’t want to experience, ever. Now they are giving me trouble on a refund.
