The room that they had originally put us in the bed was very uncomfortable. TV didn’t work. Phone didn’t work in the room. It did transfer us to a different room, which was much better.

We liked how close it was to the beach and the staff was very friendly

The ac wasn't working at the moment but it was cold outside so it wasn't needed when I told them they marked it down to be repaired
