The location and the size of the suite.
Negatives:
The fake tasting,made from powder like eggs at breakfast and tasteless breakfast potatoes. Also the $250 security deposit was a surprise, but it did return back to my card 48 hrs after checkout ,which is fast,so I guess it's OK.

Our non-smoking room smelled like someone had smoked in it. We were given a room that back up to the freeway and is very loud all night. Room needed to be deep cleaned.

Overall the entire stay was a bad experience. From the surprise $250 deposit when checking in to the dirty bathtub,the toilet seat that was loose and nearly detached to the 20 foot space between the freeway and the bed placement,the late night stomping.

This was our first time staying at this brand of hotels. The room was very spacious but felt a little dated. The staff was very friendly upon check in and check out.
Negatives:
Upon getting to our room..the outside of the door had chipped painted. The room was very spacious but it was very noisy, you could hear everything that was happening outside the room. Also my husband went to the continental breakfast in the morning. It was supposed to be ready at 630am however it wasn't ready until after 7. He was very put off guard when it seems the continental breakfast wasn't just for guests when he continued to see the staff going in to grab themselves breakfast before guests even had a chance.
