None of my room keys worked on it either the room doors the outside doors or any other doors at that hotel and the pictures that I've included is of the bathtub before and after I cleaned it and I'm requesting a full refund from either booking.com or extended stay of America

I made the reservation for Extended Stay America Farwell Pl, Fremont, CA, the reservation was directed to Extended Stay America Fremont Blvd without me knowing. I told that to an employee at Extended Stay America Farwell Pl and asked him to change the reservation to Extended Stay America Farwell Pl like I made it he told me he can't and told me to go to Extended Stay America Fremont Blvd I went there, there were no employees at the lobby many times when I needed to get kitchen stuff, I requested the employee who checked me in that I wanted late check out, she told me OK late check out is at 12:00 pm, I went to my car at 10:55 am the next day and went back to the room at 11:05 am and found out that a housekeeper got in the room, turned microwave fan on on loud, and opened the bathroom door and curtains, I called the from desk and asked what time is late check out to know why a housekeeper did that, she told me at 11:30 am, I told her that the employee told me it's at 12:00 pm, she told me OK, the floor wasn't clean and was slippery.
I'm extremely dissatisfied and request full refund.

Stafford short active as if they were inconvenienced if you ask them for toilet paper or an amenity

Constant smoking I don't smoke I had to call them and tell them I don't smoke but the smell of smoke kept coming through the pipe work in the bathroom discussion constant strong smell and odor of smoke marijuana and regular tobacco
