The amenities u need to get it in the front desk like hair dryer , so if im in the 3rd floor i need to go down n get it . It should stay in the bathroom . Breakfast should be like hot breakfast not to go breakfast , theres no other options that u can choose from.

I liked that there was an iron to use and the heater was warm.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that I was charged a deposit in person, it would’ve been good to know beforehand. I didn’t like I had to pay for my stay again in person after I had paid online and the process to get a refund is frustrating. I didn’t like that the elevator is broken and the available room was on the third floor and in a separate building so we had to use the stairs. The room didn’t smell clean and the ceiling had rusted spots. We didn’t even go down for breakfast. Checked out as soon as we woke up. Receptionist didn’t have a courteous attitude either, looked like she only cared about charging.
