The hotel staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Despite the proximity to the highway in the room it was quiet. The air conditioner worked well and not even too loud. The bed linen and towels was very clean.
Negatives:
The room could use some renovation: microwave, towel rails, some areas of carpet. The bushes around the room were filled with cobwebs and there were small spiders in the room.

Clean, well-kept property with friendly staff. Rooms are large with a full kitchen and bathroom. Nice lobby area. Very convenient to 880 freeway.
Negatives:
This location is convenient to the freeway, but that means it can be loud. There are also lots of homeless folks in the area, so you absolutely cannot leave anything in your car unattended. This is true for most of the Bay Area, but is particularly noticeable here. Staff manages the issue as best they can, but it might be surprising to those who are not expecting it. Outdoor areas are fairly run down.
