The breakfast is good, and their pillows are notably comfortable but that's pretty much it.
Negatives:
In the morning, I checked in, left my belongings in the room, and headed to work. When I returned at 11 pm, I found myself locked out. Staff led me back and forth for 2 hours, and by 1 am, though they were kind, they couldn't resolve the issue.
Eventually, they couldn't open my door, and it was now 2 am, with all my belongings still inside. They provided me with a new room, yet anxiety clung to me about my valuables in the other room.
Three hours later, the manager arrived on site, but I hadn't managed any sleep. The lack of rest severely impacted my work performance that day. The worst part? Throughout all three days of my stay, I faced the same lockout situation in my new hotel as well.
