The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean, my towels didn?t look so clean so I used my personal towels. I did rebook it after leaving and going to a motel 6 down the street that was disgusting so I came back and the towels this time looked clean.
Positives:
Many food options close by. 10 minutes from downtown. Clean rooms! Free breakfast.
Negatives:
There should be a noise notice for quiet time after 10pm or even 11pm. Neighbor constantly stepped out of her room, stood at the balcony, and was yelling at her guy down in the parking lot. Not much breakfast options. Don't let the pictures fool you. There is NOT a fridge and microwave in every room...keep that in mind.

The lobby was clean and the outside appeared to be upkept, but a small parking lot.
Negatives:
We were unable to stay due to there being no more rooms. We checked in 20 mins after we had our instant booking confirmation, but upon arrival were told that they had no rooms available but there still people in line behind to check in. It wasn't stated to everyone that there were no rooms available, just us. We didn't really want to stay here, but the fact we got a confirmation and drove there just to be told there wasn't a room was very frustrating.

New and fresh. Comfortable Bed and the linen was luxurious! Breakfast was delicious. They were pet friendly. We were in Fresno with a illness in my family. They were so accommodating. We have stayed twice in a month. Plan on making it our go to hotel!
