Positives: I came because my AC doesn't work in my apartment, so I am happy the AC works so well here. The room is nice and cool and mostly shared too. The kitchen so I didn't have to keep ordering out. They were accommodating for my service dog I have with me, the grass outside is perfect for her to go to the bathroom, and offer a trash right there to throw away her stuff. Not a bad price for everything we get.

Negatives: There wasn't anything I found to not like so far.
