Positives: I love the staff they where awesome

Negatives: I’ll start of by saying the beds are harder then a rock. The construction that is going on is bad. The hotel is giving you ear plugs because of how loud it is. The worst part is they start at 6 am. You can hear the fwy cars the train every 3 hrs at night. Did I mention the beds were so bad. Even when you think they might give you something upgraded for the suite nope it’s the same bed and noise
