Really short cleaning lady kept yelling down the halls. We told her we had late check out and she went down the hall yelling. When I called front desk I could tell she made it to front desk and complained about us checking out late in Spanish.

We checked in at 1 am and paid for late check out and still couldn't rest peacefully. Staff used radios to talk crap on people residing at hotel and seem to think it's normal to yell down halls.
