the TV didn't work the room smelled the whole reason I got the room was for the tub and the tub was broken. the staff was rude when I checked in. the breakfast that was supposedly complimentary was not refilled. there was pretty much a laundry list of things that were wrong with this place.

I liked that I got my accommodation rebooked for no charge as well as the woman who helped me initially.
Negatives:
I did the pre arrival check in before arriving to the location a day before. When the day came to check in we were greeted by the woman at the front desk and were immediately given our card. Made our way upstairs to find our room was still being cleaned. Not big of an issue because we made our way back down and let the person downstairs know what was going on. His name was Tim and he told us roughly 10 minutes would be done. We made our way back up and waited from 3:10pm-3:50pm. I overhead the cleaning ladies openly admit to accidentally marking the room we got as being ready and to let Tim know the issue. As I let Tim know the issue he argued with me and said why he should give me a new room and that I was trying to get a free room. He gave me the choice of checking out or continue to wait for my room to be cleaned. After contacting booking customer service I ended up getting my room for free and got into my room at around 4:20pm. I’ve been to this hotel 30 plus times and have spent a fair amount of money here and I have never once had an issue. I did not appreciate the treatment I received from Tim who says he was the one in charge of the whole place I didn’t care about his role I just wanted to check into my room and relax when I was scheduled to do so.
