The first room we were assigned had a broken door handle and we were locked inside until staff could let us out. They discussed trying to fix it while we were there and later decided to put us in another room. At the time we checked in we were already running late to an event we were supposed to be at because of being locked inside the first room so we didn't do the inspection we normally do. When we returned at 1am we discovered the TV in the room wouldn't do anything other than power on. The floor hadn't been swept. There were black smudges on the bath towels. The inside of the refrigerator had brown liquid spilled all over the entire inside. And the bed- it seems the mattress is placed on a platform style base made of what seems like a filing cabinet type metal so when you sit on the bed or get off of it or adjust your position it makes a loud popping sound. It's very disruptive in the middle of the night when you change positions and then get a loud startling sound...or when the people in the room above and next to you do the same and you get startled by the popping sound their beds also make.

ROACHES! We were up all night killing cockroaches that were coming out of the bathroom. We were offered no compensation. The parking lot was a whole mess as well!
