Location. Staff was very good. We didn't spend much time at the hotel.

Non smoking hotel but room next to ours had some smokers. Manager moved us immediately to another room.

the general manager, provided excellent service for me during my stay. His service was the best I've experienced. He helped with adjusting my accommodations and getting me what I needed. I don't ever respond to surveys but his service was worth

My family loves this hotel. Location is great. Staff is friendly. Hotel is always clean and the breakfast is wonderful. Our son goes to the University in Fullerton, so we stay here every time we visit. There are a lot of places to eat and shop nearby.

Positives:
Friendly staff, from the moment i arrived to my departure. My room was beautiful, spacious and very clean ( thanks dennis!). I love the cute view of the pool and city from our terrace. I loved the attention they've provided for the room, with ac unit in the living room area and a second one for the bedroom. The morning breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

The TV in the living room was not working well.

My room wasn't ready as another guest had really soiled rug and they were cleaning. They eventually put me in another room after I waited for 20 minutes or so. Also there was a (false alarm!!) LOUD fire alarm bells ringing over and over to leave room etc about 1:30 am.. I did not hear any sirens or see fire trucks arriving. It was someone smoking in room or something. There was no apology or explanation why it took so long to figure this out. I could see out my 3rd floor window into parking lot and families with small children were out there! Awful. I understand why, but it seemed to go on too long for false alarm.
