The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great.

Our bathroom toilet got clogged twice checked in on Tuesday after 2 uses it got clogged. But it was already late at night so didn’t worry about it until the next morning. Woke up early morning needing to go and forgot it was clogged so had to go all the way to the lobby to use bathroom there and let receptionist know and she was very friendly letting me know she would send someone as soon as we can. Told her we were going to be gone the whole day as we were headed to Disney so the room would be empty. So it was good to have it fixed after a long day away but When we got back late at night again after 2 uses it got clogged again and it was already super late so we just went to bed and just went to the lobby bathroom if needed and then checked out afterwards. Maybe it was us being in the 12th floor but it was an inconvenience. Needless to say we just had one bad experience and the staff was so friendly and kind. Would still recommend this place because of the distance and staff.

Room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as floors were sticky and we stepped on a few things left behind from previous guests. There was no help for the luggage and the cart we used had a flat tire.

ILl when I messaged embassy that I was out of toilet paper, my linens and blanket for the hideaway bed was dirty. They brought me fresh by the way it was dirty in the bag never washed. It wasn’t because I got it dirty. I like the staff in the kitchen area, always clean the tables off

Did not care for Liliana which I guess is management she called me Friday at 12:30 noon saying that I needed to check out of my room and asking if I needed a late check out and I had to send her documentation that I checked in on the 10th and was checking out on the 15th and I actually had two rooms paid almost $3000 and she made me show documentation over the phone Which I don’t understand what happened when I called to make sure she got the documentation she continued to hang up the phone four times on me she would pick up and hang up pick up hang up. I questioned her on this and I told her I did not hang up on her when she called me and I saw caller ID said Embassy suites I picked up the phone to answer any of her questions. She was not professional and in my belief she should not be in management the other employees work in the counter were more professional with me checking in than she was.

Comfortable, clean, gym had a peloton bike. Lots of options for breakfast and a great omelette station. I was able to eat healthy with egg white omelette, fruit, oatmeal.
Negatives:
Some of the elevators were down and it took awhile to get to our rooms. Also they had some of the breakfast stations closed at peak times and there were big lines.
