there was a stench in the room that was being covered by a lot of febreeze. was unable to open windows to let fresh air in. also, water would go from hot to cold when showering.

Positives:
The property was beautiful inside and out and the employees were very nice and accommodating. Even the construction workers were pleasant and friendly. I love that it is a dog/cat friendly hotel! The pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus as well as breakfast each morning.
Negatives:
There were only a few shortcomings. The toilet paper was cheap and not up to standard. Not enough silverware and dishes for 4-6 guests and not enough bath towels for 4-6 guests. (There were 5 of us)

My initial check in was very unpleasant. Was not told there was a $25 dollar charge the day I went to took at the room when I asked for the total. The suite has roaches and they never came to spray the room.

The only thing good about Homewood Suites is the location.

The furniture look like it was second hand furniture.
The beds are very uncomfortable and the Pillows suck. Was very hot in the room, turned the a/c down to 70 degrees and it was still hot.The the hallway and the rooms had a weird smell. Didn't like the fack that we had to pay for parking, 25$ a day so add that to the room price and did not see any security guard out at night. The water in the tub and sink draind very very slow. The rooms look good on the website but different in person. I'm not trying to talk bad about the place but I gotta keep it real. Breakfast was a 7 out of 10. The restroom wallpaper was peeling off and alot of other details.

Positives:
We did stay on the 7th floor which was completely renovated, but the bathroom tub. Close to the woody parking lot, food was alright they do switch up the eggs, and sausage. Everything else remains the same, bagels, waffles, carnitas, flour tortillas, and cereal.
Negatives:
The shower drain was clogged, but after notifying the staff they took care of it. They also mentioned that room services were completed every other day. Never came to fresh up the room.

Free breakfast in the morning and then the Social Hour on Wednesday and the ladies that work there that just that area

When we came in we went in our room was about 6:00 p.m. turn the AC down to about 70 to cool it down went to Target for about an hour came back still hot went through the night sweating had to take off clothes to try to get more comfortable through the night morning came told the staff if they can change his rooms they said they could if I was coming back later I said yes we're going to the park will be back later came back they said they fixed the AC which they did then throughout the week we never got room service for our towels or toilet paper pretty much know housekeeping and we were there from Tuesday to Saturday

I liked the division between the bedroom and the living room, it granted us plenty of space.

What I didn’t like about the property was that the AC wasn’t working and the staff didn’t care about our concerns. We had to leave at 4AM because the staff couldn’t accommodate us and move us to another room

Uncommodating In a hazardous and uncomfortable environment
Positives:
The staff is very nice and this is a convenient location. The room floor plan is nice.
Negatives:
The furniture is damaged and outdated in the rooms. There were stains on the carpet and on some of the towels well. The room I reserved through their app was reassigned and I was not able to get my preferred room.

Breakfast was great, lots of options to choose from. The beds are very soft, so it hurt my back, but the kids slept so good. The pillows were nice and fluffy. I love the kitchenette in our room and the view of the pool.
Negatives:
The silverware in room was not clean. There was a black spider in the living room by the couch. There was not extra blankets for the sofa couch.

Bathroom has fecal matter on it and they didn’t care to come clean it or change us into a different room. They promised to credit us one night stay and never did. Worst experience ever do not recommend and will never stay here again.
