I Stayed in Room#927 for 5days. From the third day until last, Everyday around 5a.m, t heard a strange noise coming from the bathroom and a flashing light. it was so scary I don't want to go back there again.

Bathroom too small, no exhaust from steam of shower. Mattresses were very old and worn, super uncomfortable for the price! Shuttle buses shocks were out in back! We hurt our backs just going to Disneyland

Our overall stay was wonderful! Walking distance to plenty restaurants if you don't want to eat at the hotel. The shuttle to Disney was also very convenient and beat the cost of parking at the park. The rooms were also very clean and comfy the kids loved the beds and pillows.

The only was bothering me was a Starbucks employee ( a young man) was very rude.when I needed a cream ( half and half) for my coffee ,I came and asked for it. First thing he asked me “what “ and he told me to go get it at the cream section at the corner of the store. I came and it was empty and I let him know it was empty. He told bring it to him and I said “ it not my job “ and it really not my job ? . My job is let him know it was empty and I don’t mind to wait until he comes and check on it. He came and filled in and unpleasant to me and didn’t even say a word about anything. I added the cream to my coffee and came sat down. As soon as I sat down , I heard about he talked about me to some of other employees “ it not my job neither and laughed about it “. I was sad and ruined my coffee mood. I came to the hotel reception and talked about the situation. It’s was very rude of him and unprofessional. I wish he would’ve a better trained to work with the customer. I was very sad when i waked out with an unpleasant feeling and should not be when I was there to support and enjoy my morning coffee.I really appreciate to let me share this experience.

Could not set AC lower than 69, one of our nights there was an absolutely DISGUSTING smell at 2am in the hallways that entered the room and woke us up, I did report it and maintenance brought is room spray to try to cover scent.
