Its pretty and the staff was very pleasant. They tried to be helpful. The Hyatt corporation has things to fix to stay 4 star. My visit was not 4 star. Being able to text the hotel to get things fixed was great. The response was very good.

Upon entering the room, it REEKED of bleach. REEKED!!! BADLY! I got a headache and was nauseated. I kept my door propped open with my suitcase and turned on the air and fan to high. I took a wet hand towel and cleaned the whole room. The bedding was stif

You can hear a lot of hall noise and I was kept up all night by what sounded like a barking dog, but I think it was something mechanical, like the elevator or something.
