Motel 6-Gardena CA - South

Negatives: It took way too long for the staff to check me in. There was another guest at the counter who was voicing a complaint and the attendant had run off and hid. I attempted to verbally call for someone to help get me checked in and no one came. I also called the location's main line several times while standing at the front desk waiting. The phone would ring a few times then give a busy signal like someone was disconnecting or rejecting the call. I waited at the desk, with no assistance, for a minimum of 15 minutes. Due to the unprofessional staff and how things were handled, I would have found somewhere else to stay. But, the room was already paid for and I was "stuck" being there. The start to my stay was horrible and left a bad taste for the rest of the stay.

Negatives: It smelled horribly. The sheets had holes in them The scent of the heater smelled like piss. The towels had someone else hair on them. The room smelled like cigarettes. The bed only bad sheets and no comforter.

Negatives: it had a strong cigarette smell

Negatives: There was no shampoo soap or toilet... And the front desk answer was the I didn't ask for towels that's why they didn't gave me and shampoo containers and soap they don't do anymore

Negatives: No complaints

Negatives: The bed was as hard as a rock - very uncomfortable! The sink and tub had hair from the previous tenant. The previous tenant had smoked in the room.

Negatives: The parking lot was a little too dirty with papers cups trash did not like the elevator smell the smoke
