The hotel shares a parking lot with the black bear restaurant and was easy location for doordash.
The coffee machine (in lobby) could make many different types of coffee.

Honestly, it was a little overpriced for what you got. We got a 2 bedroom suite. But unlike most hotels, the second bedroom does not have a television. The hotel was a little bit dated Looking even though it had some recent remodels, but very poor trimwork. The filters on the air conditioners had not been clean quite some time. We even had to ask for a second roll with toilet paper. Because they were down to maybe one or two whipps left on the given roll.
And the toilet seat was not bolted down with both bolts.
Breakfast was a standard hotel Breakfast.
But it had a cool coffee machine.

The room was very clean, service was excellent, breakfast was delicious, The location of the hotel is great, and the staff was friendly and kind, If I would stay in that hotel and recommend it to peaople I know to stay there.

There was only one little thing I didn't like but it was manageable.
the hallway of the hotel had a little bad smell. but besides that everything was excellent. and that little issue I assume can be fixed.

The privacy and the cleanliness
Positives:
Like the choose we got for our room. Had a view of the pool and had a balcony. There was a restaurant right next door “The Bear Diner” which had great food.
Negatives:
No fan in the bathroom. Little dated. Could not get wifi in our room. I would finally sign in but would always bump me off after a minute or two. So had to be at the front desk to do my connections most the night.

That was in a good location. Black bear was close and stores.

I specifically book a disabled room because I needed the quiet space for my Autistic child and the room was right next to the entrance door my son didn’t sleep all night it was so loud and it smelled like smoke we all came back so sick. The entrance door also would not close all the way so random people kept coming in and out without a hotel key! The toilet seat kept coming off and didn’t want to flush! The floors were so dirty! I called to get a call back from management and I haven’t heard from them. Won’t be staying here again!

I was really surprised that upon check-in I was given the key to the room and when I got in to the room it smell a bit dirty but I went to the sink there was mosquitos on the sink on the walls in the bathroom as well.
