Breakfast was amazing. Presentation had an expensive restaurant feel. Server and chef very personable.
Front office staff welcoming and treated us like family. Loved the snacks in the room after a weary day of travel.
The plush robes made us feel special. Gas fireplace a nice touch. Upgraded modern design in rooms. Five deer right outside of our door in the morning.
Negatives:
I have to mention the bathroom door was a problem for me. It was a barndoor door that did not give the privacy I would have wanted. Looked pretty, though.

The resort was beautiful! Super quiet place. The views were wonderful and location was great. Also loved the breakfast!! We loved all the outdoor seating areas too. One night we saw some deer! Definitely recommend

The pictures on website make the property look so large. We had room 2. Queen /full? bed. Total 378.00 for one night.
Was surprised by small bed and just overall hot weather and nothing to walk to or go see. On a busy road. The pool was small but nice. Was given granola bars, fruit and little container of homemade granola because flight was early. I was grateful but seems so minimal.The Santa Rosa airport was 45 min with traffic away. Headlsburg was so wonderful we were just very disappointed in Glen Ellen. The bathroom was clean. I stay in lots nice hotels and this was so boring. Also I think negative reviews must be being deleted because all reviews sound too positive! The decor in room was very nice. Nice linens.
