Our family trip was for universal studios. And this hotel is perfect, morning drive was 12-15 minutes depending on traffic but the drive back in the evening was about 5-8 minutes. Staff were all great. Breakfast was delicious. When we go back to universal we are definitely booking our stay here again.

I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t any balconies and or accessibility to fresh air from your room. The furniture in our room was very dirty

I liked the close proximity to everything in Glendale - from the Americana for shopping, restaurants and cafes all the way to walkable distances to other things on Brand Blvd where there's lots of choices. You also have access to freeways and it's a very safe area
Negatives:
The price is a little over the top for the area, but overall great.

We had 4 adults . The fold out sofa bed was horrendous and for our 6 night stay we had to put the thin mistress on the floor !
We asked to change rooms to a 2 bed however were informed none available .

I couldn’t even stay, because the total for the night was $420 MORE than anticipated, and they still charged me. I disputed the charge a month ago and what do I see now? That they still refuse to give me my money back when I NEVER checked in and stayed.
