When I arrive to the hotel there was a gentleman attending to someone, I kept bringing the doorbell he wouldn't open it for me. Then the staff member that did help me told me there were no rooms with two beds yet the website where I booked it said that they had four rooms available with queen beds. So he gave me a room with two full beds. The water as I was taking a shower kept going from warm to cold with them no one flushing the toilet or using the sink. The room was cold the heater was not heating of the room enough. I would definitely not stay there again.

I did like the pillows they were soft they could think of putting three on each bed rather than two.

Charged for parking when its not in a locked facility. No micowave in room. No real continental breakfast provided. My 1st room provided ceiling leaked. No manager as of today still hasnt contact me back about discount and/or refund.

It had a nice view

There was a blood stain on the wall upon arrival to our room. Had to wait almost an hour after checking in for someone to come up and clean it. I received a call and was told it was lipstick which it certainly was not. They display a card in the room saying how they clean and sanitize the whole room, even if that stain was lipstick it is very obvious they do not clean it. The staff was unhelpful and offered no follow up to this occurrence, I will not stay here again or do I recommend to anyone.
