The breakfast was well served and a very good variety of foods offered.
Location is excellent within walking distance to the Americana and other points of interest such as the famous bakery Porto’s.

This hotel, for a Hilton, is really run down! Hallway carpet is filthy, our queen padded headborads were ripped and open, and the sewer gas was unbelievable! We were gone for the entire two days and just shut the bathroom door at night. For the amount I paid to stay here I expected a more esthetic setting. I will never stay here again.

We were gone for the entire two days and just shut the bathroom door at night. For the amount I paid to stay here I expected a more esthetic setting. I will never stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel two nights. The rooms are very outdated and worn down. When I opened the cabinet where the mini fridge is located there were roaches in there. We also had trouble with the shower water not going down the drain and just backing up in the tub the first night. Lastly, the second night I tried to shower and very minimal cold water was coming out of the shower head. I called the front desk and was told the water heater broke down and a pipe burst so there was no running hot water. I wasn’t given any notice of this before that. Terrible rooms. To make things worse, when we walked back into our room after dinner we find the restroom flooded and leaking water from the ceiling. AGAIN, no communication from the staff and when I called front desk they tell me they will just send someone to clean the restroom. Then I’m told multiple times that they don’t have any other rooms available and offered to get me a room at Hilton down the street. Then miraculously I am told that they do have a room available at the facility. I would not recommend this place and I will never stay here again.
