I use a walker and requested an accessible room when I booked the room. Booking.com confirmed the request. We showed up and no accessible rooms were available and they put us in a room in different zip code from the elevator. VERY disappointing.

They offer snacks(there were none) and drinks at 6 but they cost a lot of money. They put us off in a corner and to get anywhere we had a hike. It was not a esthetically pleasing...svery austere decor. Beds were ok.
