Perfect location to walk to nearby malls and restaurants. Very safe neighbourhood and a great family stay with young children. Ideal spot for visiting Griffith Observatory and Universal Studios Hollywood (both 15 mins drive). Self-service laundry on Level 10 was a nice extra to have on hand ($2/load; exchange cash for quarters at front desk). Check-in staff were superb; they helped us sign up to the Hilton Honours program for free and offered us free breakfast for the entire stay, plus bottles of water at check-in. Breakfast variety was great for the whole family, and the area was very neat and tidy. Our double queen room with a sofa bed was spacious and very clean. I would definitely stay here again if in the LA area

The location was great,
and it was close to Universal Studios and Griffith Observatory.
Especially, there were many malls nearby, so it was great for shopping.
Negatives:
Poor soundproofing and it’s hard to request cleaning.
Parking nearby costs $9, but they guide you to an expensive $38 parking.
Breakfast was bad, but cheap
