Very clean, both lobby and the room. New hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always greeting us. I loved the photos placed in the lobby of all the pets staying at the hotel. Only complaint was the circuit breaker issue when I was styling my hair. It was really an inconvenience to have to constantly adjust the breakers in the room. They told me they were working on that. Robes provided but not slippers.

There was no cafe or restaurant on site but cafes nearby.

Poor housekeeping. Walked in one morning at 8.10am whilst still asleep on room. Other days had to call at 4pm as we had been forgotten despite asking for housekeeping every two days.
