Clean & room was decent size & quiet. Pool area was nice for family to swim to end the day. Beds are comfy & layout of room is good.

Hotel location is odd. People stanfing around their cars in lot gives you an incomftable welcome.Staff rude. Entered & stood as only guest checking in a solid 5 minutes + without acknowledgment due to reception on phone. When reception got ogg the phone, was not greeted, so I said I'm checking in to response, "yeah". Had I not booked thru 3rd party, would have left immediately. Room stunk like pets or something on that order. Tried to air it out, but only 1 night stay, exhausted & barely there, so would do.

I thought it was expensive for one night at $812 for a room. Also, there were many technical issues and we had no functioning keys for our room for several hours. This was not the fault of the staff who did all they could to help.

Negatives:
The only complaint I would have is the pillows I did not get a good nights sleep. The pillows are too soft. There’s even when you put all of them together you still don’t get like a firm pillow. I had to get one of the pillows from the couches and then put the soft pillow on top of it to get a decent sleep.
