Negatives: $25 dollar charge per day per pet at this pet friendly hotel, Was not notified prior to check in the only elevator was not working!! We had to climb three flights of stairs having bad knees! The condition of this hotel is horrible!!

Negatives: I rented a room online and when I got there the clerk told me, without looking at the computer, that I did not have a room there. Additionally the clerk was extremely rude, disrespectful, and refuse to help or address any of my concerns or questions.
