Confusion about my accommodation upon arrival.Despite paying for my accommodation ahead of time,there was no available room upon arrival after a grueling 10hour drive.Staff referred me to a Holiday Inn which was full.Had to arrange for my own hotel and wound up paying $390.Upon arriving there the next day.they assigned me to a room with defective HVAC .Further, room did not have a traditional dresser.The following day,I was given another room which still did have a dresser with drawers, forcing me to have to live out of my suitcase for my weeklong stay. Finally,I was charged twice for my pet, on top of their usual $100 deposit.In their defense, overpayment was returned promptly one day after checking out.

My room had no curtains just a privacy shade. The body wash that was complimentary was open. Anyone could tamper with soap. The hot tub was just that a hot tub the bubbles didn't work. The hot tub was dirty.
